"Today marks the 30th anniversary of this document. It serves as a true testament and a real reminder that any long-term security decisions made at the expense of Ukraine's safety are unacceptable. This document, this paper, has failed to ensure Ukraine's security and transatlantic safety," stated the head of Ukrainian diplomacy.
