On October 2, the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv placed Stakhiv under arrest for 60 days. Later, on November 28, the court extended the preventive measure but softened it, allowing for a bail option of 908,000 UAH, as reported by "Suspilne".
According to "Hrati," immediately after that, Stakhiv's supporters launched a fundraising campaign, and they managed to gather the necessary amount for the bail in less than a week. Today, the pseudo-activist left Lviv's Pre-Trial Detention Center No. 19, where he spent the last two months.
