According to his information, the State Bureau of Investigations has detained or plans to charge:

the former commander of the 155th Mechanized Brigade "Anna Kyivska" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Dmytro Ryumshin;
the former commander of the operational-tactical command "Kharkiv" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Brigadier General Yuriy Halushkin;
the former commander of the 125th Territorial Defense Brigade, Lieutenant General Artur Horbenko.

"Ryumshin was detained in Chernivtsi, the charges have not yet been filed, and his current status is unknown. Halushkin and Horbenko will face charges for negligence related to the failure of defense and loss of command over troops in the Kharkiv direction on May 10, 2024," shared Butusov with insider information.
