The message from VAKS does not specify a surname, but based on the circumstances of the case, it is likely Tatiana Krupa. By the decision of the investigative judge, she will remain in custody for another two months, until January 26, 2025.
At the same time, the court has reduced the bail amount to 280 million UAH. On October 7, when Krupa was arrested, The Office of the Prosecutor General insisted on a bail of 500 million UAH.
On November 22, the Appellate Chamber of VAKS reduced it to 300 million.
