Naftogaz reported a challenging situation following Russian shelling, with 15 missile and drone attacks targeting the group's facilities.

The gas situation in Ukraine following the airstrikes from the aggressor nation, Russia, is challenging but remains fully under control. This was assured by the head of Naftogaz, Roman Chumak, on February 21, as reported by the group's website.
"Нафтогаз" сообщил о сложной ситуации после обстрелов РФ: группа уже пережила 15 атак с использованием ракет и дронов.

It has been reported that Chumak held a meeting with the leadership of the International Monetary Fund mission.

He noted that since the onset of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation, the facilities of the "Naftogaz" group have been subjected to 15 missile and drone attacks, resulting in significant damage to its production capacities.

"We have full control over the situation. Yes, it is challenging, but not critical. 'Naftogaz' is importing gas in volumes necessary to balance the system and meet the needs of all consumer groups," Chumak emphasized.
