The DIM company has put into operation the VITA 2.1 house in the eco-complex Park Lake City located in Podgortsy, Kyiv region. This marks the third facility to be commissioned since the beginning of 2024, as reported by the company's press service.
As specified to the Interfax-Ukraine agency, on November 26, 2024, the State Architectural and Construction Inspection of Ukraine issued a Certificate of Readiness for the residential building, confirming the compliance of the facility with project documentation and its readiness for operation. The receipt of this document attests to the reliability of DIM, which, despite challenging economic times, is willing to take on commitments to investors and ensure their fulfillment.
The VITA 2.1 house has a total area of 3,678.1 square meters and consists of two sections with four floors, featuring 30 apartments with a total living area of 2,619.87 square meters.
Park Lake City is a modern suburban business-class complex of a new formation with nearly 2,000 apartments, being developed on an area of over 80 hectares. The DIM company continues the construction of eight VITA 2 houses within the business-class eco-complex Park Lake City, with completion scheduled for 2025-2026.
