"Justice Hammer." In Russia, a pilot deemed linked to the Dnipro and Kremenchuk bombings by Ukraine's military intelligence has been found dead.

The body of military pilot Dmitry Golenkov has been discovered in the aggressor country of Russia. He may have been involved in the missile strikes on the "Amstor" shopping center in Kremenchuk and a residential high-rise in Dnipro. This was reported on October 21 by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR), a deceased Russian occupier was found in the village of Suponovo near Bryansk.

"The body of Russian war criminal Dmitry Golenkov was discovered with multiple head injuries, likely inflicted by a hammer," reads a statement titled "Hammer of Justice" from the intelligence agency.

The Ukrainian military intelligence reports that Golenkov was a pilot in the 52nd aviation regiment of the Russian Aerospace Forces and held the position of chief of staff for the aviation squadron. Golenkov is responsible for the missile strike on a residential building in Dnipro on January 14, 2023, which resulted in the deaths of 46 civilians, including six children, according to the HUR.

Moreover, the deceased Russian was involved in the attack on the "Amstor" shopping center in Kremenchuk, Poltava region, on June 27, 2022, which claimed the lives of over 20 people, Ukrainian military officials assert. There have been no reports of Golenkov's death in Russia thus far.

On January 24, 2023, the Security Service of Ukraine, together with the Office of the Prosecutor General, stated that the strikes on Kremenchuk and Dnipro were carried out on the orders of Colonel Oleg Timoshin, commander of the 52nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment of the Russian Aerospace Forces. Ukrainian forces claimed that, in total, enemy shelling ordered by him resulted in the deaths of 88 and injuries to 240 peaceful Ukrainians.

On August 14, 2022, military intelligence published the names of the commanders of the 52nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment (Kaluga region) and the 121st Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment (Saratov region) of the 22nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Division, whose personnel launched X-22, X-555, and X-101 cruise missiles at Ukrainian cities from Tu-22M3 and Tu-160 aircraft.
