"After kicking the soldier in the face, the officer did not stop and ordered his subordinates to take the drunk soldier into a room and strip him to humiliate him. Following this, the officer continued to beat the subordinate," the statement reads. "A month later, while already in Avdiivka, Donetsk region, the lieutenant again assaulted the same soldier. He was lifted off the ground, placed against a wooden structure resembling a cross, and tied by his hands to it. The soldier remained in that position for about four hours."
Additionally, another incident of assault against a soldier was recorded in February in the Dnipropetrovsk region, the State Bureau of Investigation added.

Also, in May, in the Kharkiv region, an officer from the 211th brigade assaulted another subordinate due to dissatisfaction with being addressed informally as 'you,' as reported by the State Bureau.
