Parallel has launched its first gas station in Kyiv.

Parallel has launched its first gas station complex (AZK) in Kyiv, located at Ring Road, 6B, as reported on the company's website.

Parallel has opened its first fuel filling complex (FFC) in Kyiv (Ring Road, 6B), as reported on the company's website.

The complex features five fuel dispensing pumps and offers essential modern services. This is the 11th FFC for Parallel in the capital region and the 31st in its network.

According to the announcement, the company plans to continue expanding its network by opening new FFCs and increasing the number of partner complexes operating under the Parallel brand.

"The new complex represents a symbol of renewal for us – we lost about 80% of all our FFCs in Eastern Ukraine, but that doesn't stop us. Because Ukrainians never give up, no matter the challenges they face," said Alexander Dubinin, owner and CEO of Parallel.

As reported, in the fall of 2020, the financial and industrial holding SCM, owned by Rinat Akhmetov, sold the network of filling stations "Parallel" to NaftaInvest 2020 LLC. At that time, the company was selling its fuel at 60 FFCs and gas stations in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia regions, and the Ukrainian-controlled territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

According to opendatabot, Parallel-M LTD, with Alexander Dubinin as the ultimate beneficiary, increased its revenue by 1.9 times in 2023 – reaching 4.831 billion UAH, and reported a net loss of 0.978 million UAH compared to a net profit of 1.624 million UAH in 2022.

The company's liabilities in 2023 rose to 4.018 billion UAH compared to 1.913 billion UAH in 2022, while its assets increased to 4.532 billion UAH from 2.369 billion UAH in 2022.
