Following the anti-war protest by Russians in Berlin, the Russian government stated that this issue needs to be addressed in Moscow.

On November 17, Andrey Yermak, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated on Telegram that Russians should hold protests in Moscow against Russia's aggression in Ukraine.
После антивоенной акции россиян в Берлине в ОП отметили, что подобные вопросы следует решать в Москве.

"Russians are responsible for the murders of Ukrainians. They are guilty of genocide. They are to blame for bringing [Vladimir] Putin to power in [the RF] and for him still sitting in the Kremlin. The only way to save oneself is to protest against the war in Moscow. If there are no protests and Russians accept Putin's crimes, they are one with him," he wrote.

Yermak did not specify what he was commenting on, but today, November 17, Russian opposition members held an anti-war rally in the German capital, Berlin, as reported by "Meduza".

About 3,000 people organized an anti-war march in central Berlin with slogans: "Putin is not Russia. Russia is us." The event was led by Russian opposition figures Ilya Yashin, Vladimir Kara-Murza, and Yulia Navalnaya.

Yashin described the rally in Berlin as "an act of solidarity with those who remain in Russia," while Navalnaya urged people to continue "coming out for the fallen" and to "fight on."
