Media outlets previously reported that on the morning of November 11, Russians destroyed the Ternovskaya dam of the Kurakhovskoye reservoir.
"As of 16:00 on November 12, 15 million m³ of water has flowed out of the Kurakhovskoye reservoir. Fortunately, the villages along the Volchya River have not been flooded. We continue to monitor the situation. I will provide additional updates in case of significant changes," wrote Filashkin.
