The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv will resume operations on November 21, according to the U.S. Department of State.

The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, which suspended operations due to a potential threat of Russian shelling, plans to resume activities on November 21. This was announced by U.S. State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller during a briefing that was streamed on the State Department's YouTube channel.
Госдепартамент США сообщил, что посольство США в Киеве возобновит свою работу 21 ноября.

He explained that the United States perceived a threat of a potential heavy bombardment of Kyiv, which led to the decision to suspend operations at the American embassy. Miller emphasized that the safety of American citizens is a top priority for U.S. authorities.

"I cannot disclose details about the threat, but we always monitor it closely. We care deeply about the safety of our personnel. We take this very seriously, and that is what prompted the changes in operations today," he stated.

According to him, embassy staff did not leave Ukraine; they simply did not report to the office.
