According to the economic tracker from the Center for Economic Strategy (CES), the production of key goods, particularly metal products, has decreased. During the first half of 2024, industrial production in Ukraine grew by 11% in the manufacturing sector, by 9.3% in the mining industry and quarrying, and by 1.5% in the supply of electricity, gas, and steam. Overall, the volume of industrial products sold from January to June 2024 reached 1,707.9 billion UAH, of which 351.7 billion UAH was for export.

The company consistently employs over 850 people, and in 2024, it increased its workforce by 5%. Wages are paid regularly, with annual reviews according to corporate policy. Each CEMARK employee receives voluntary health insurance.
Development programs within the company include training sessions, seminars, webinars, individual and group training, and corporate educational sessions. A psychological support service has also been established, offering consultations with professional psychologists, psychotherapists, and coaches. The veteran adaptation program is functioning effectively. In 2024, a Legal Support Service for employees and relatives of military personnel was launched.
