РФ ударила по подстанции в Сумской области, но обошлось без жертв, сообщили "Укрэнерго" и Минэнерго.

As a result of the attack by Russian drones on Tuesday morning, energy infrastructure facilities in the Sumy region were damaged, leading to power outages for consumers in Sumy, reported NEC "Ukrenergo" on Telegram.

According to the statement, repair and restoration work will commence as soon as the security situation permits.

The Ministry of Energy clarified on Telegram that due to the airstrike on the substation area, a building was damaged, but no personnel were harmed. According to their information, power supply has been restored.

Additionally, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of artillery shelling, overhead lines were damaged and disconnected, while substations, residential consumers, and local industry experienced temporary power outages.

According to MinEnergy, over the past day, consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions were left without power due to shelling and combat actions.

As noted by "Ukrenergo," the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant remains on one of two lines after yesterday's artillery shelling by occupiers and damage to the power transmission line from the Unified Energy System of Ukraine, which reduces the reliability of its power supply.

"Currently, the line is undergoing emergency repairs. Energy workers are doing everything possible to eliminate the damage as quickly as possible," emphasizes "Ukrenergo."

In total, in Ukraine, due to combat actions and other reasons, 550 settlements were completely or partially left without power on Tuesday morning.

Overall, power consumption in the energy system corresponds to seasonal indicators, and after yesterday’s increase, a decrease of 1.3% was recorded this morning. On October 21, the daily maximum consumption recorded in the evening was 3.4% higher than on the previous working day – Friday, October 18.

Imports on Tuesday increased to 7333 MWh (compared to 6700 MWh yesterday).
