As a result of an attack on Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk region, an administrative building and residential houses have been damaged, with casualties reported. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhii Lysak.
According to him, the city has partially destroyed the administrative building and damaged several two-story residential buildings.
Initially, he stated that two individuals were injured in the attack – a 32-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman. They were hospitalized.
Later, the official noted that the number of injured had risen to 15.

According to the data from the head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul, preliminary information indicates that about ten residential buildings were damaged.
He emphasized that a missile struck the administrative building. An emergency rescue operation has been initiated.
The State Emergency Service added that the number of injured has increased to 16, including two children.
Updated at 12:51. As noted by Lysak, based on updated information, there are now 17 injured in Kryvyi Rih, ten of whom are in the hospital.
"A 38-year-old woman is in serious condition. She has lacerations on her head," stated the head of the regional administration.
In addition to the administrative building, five apartment buildings, two minibuses, and a car have been damaged.
Updated at 14:18. The number of injured in Kryvyi Rih has risen to 26.
According to Lysak, two women are in critical condition. One has lacerations on her head, while the other has shrapnel wounds to her abdomen.
1Attack on Dnipro on November 21 – details
In the morning of November 21, Russian troops attacked the city of Dnipro with missiles of various types.
In particular, according to the Air Forces, an intercontinental ballistic missile was launched from the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation.
Additionally, an air-launched ballistic missile, the Kh-47M2 "Dagger," was fired from a MiG-31K fighter over the Tambov region of the Russian Federation, along with seven Kh-101 cruise missiles from strategic bombers Tu-95MS.
The attack targeted enterprises and critical infrastructure.
"As a result of the air defense battle, units of the anti-aircraft missile troops of the Air Forces destroyed six Kh-101 missiles. The other missiles had no significant consequences," reported the Air Forces.
