"Russians continue their terror tactics. They have stockpiled missiles for strikes against Ukrainian infrastructure, targeting civilians during the cold winter months. They are aided by their deranged allies, including those from North Korea. Currently, the Russians are carrying out a combined bombardment of the country," he wrote.
Yermak emphasized that the Russians "are even waging war against children."

In the morning, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported sightings of Russian cruise missiles and kamikaze drones flying over various regions of Ukraine.
As of 9:00 AM, there have been reports of shelling in Kharkiv, Kiev, Vinnytsia, Rivne, Lviv, Volyn, and other regions of Ukraine.
The Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Halushchenko, warned that the energy sector is under massive enemy attack, therefore "Ukrenergo" urgently implemented emergency power outages.
