In one of the hotels in Kyiv on the night of November 23, a shooting occurred, resulting in the death of a 27-year-old man and several others being injured. This was reported by the Pechersk Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv.
It was noted that the incident took place around 1:00 AM. A conflict arose between two groups in the hotel, which escalated into a fight, during which one of the participants drew a weapon and fired several shots at his opponents.
"The 27-year-old man died on the spot from his injuries, while a friend of the victim and a security guard of the establishment were also injured. They were hospitalized in satisfactory condition," the report stated.
Law enforcement clarified that one of the participants in the fight has been detained, while the shooter is currently being sought:
"Criminal proceedings have been initiated under two articles of the Criminal Code: Part 1 of Article 115 - intentional murder, and Part 2 of Article 296 - hooliganism. The suspect faces up to fifteen years in prison."
Meanwhile, local Telegram channels reported that the shooting occurred at the Sky Loft hotel, located near the "Sport Palace" metro station.

As reported by UNIAN, a deputy of the Keretskovsky village council, who last year blew up grenades in a building, was sentenced to life in prison. More than 20 people were injured in the incident, with two dying in the hospital.
