The TCК cannot be reduced or reformed, according to "Servant of the People."

The reform of the system of Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TRSSC) is unfeasible. This was stated by Alexander Fedienko, a member of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense, and intelligence from the "Servant of the People" faction, in a comment to Radio Liberty on November 14.
"Слуга народа" утверждает, что ТЦК нельзя сократить или реформировать.

"I believe that the disbanding or reduction of the TCK is purely populism, nothing more. We currently cannot either reduce or reform it. There are objective reasons for this. Firstly, they have already been reformed. The TCK is now staffed by servicemen who either have injuries or physical limitations," said the deputy. He also pointed out that when these bodies are constantly reformed, they physically do not have time to gain effectiveness, which immediately impacts the efficiency of mobilization.

According to Fedienko, there is a greater need to promote recruitment and make it effective.

"This means that when a conscript enters military formation through the recruitment model, he should clearly understand what he is getting into. It shouldn't be the case that after BVS (combat military coordination) he ends up as a grenadier or machine gunner. This should not happen. It undermines the appeal of the recruitment mechanism," Fedienko stated.
