Quoting Umerov, the Ministry of Defense reported on the agreements reached between countries for 2025.
"The main priority is the F-16 program. We expect the transfer of another batch of aircraft in 2025 and will continue training pilots, as well as engineering and technical personnel. The Netherlands plays a key role in the Air Force coalition, supporting the development of our aviation infrastructure and capabilities. The second priority is drones. We have coordinated the distribution of the previously announced €400 million, as well as the preparation of large-scale joint projects focused on long-range capabilities. The agenda also includes artillery ammunition, air defense, and interceptor missiles. The Netherlands clearly understands our needs and is ready to assist," noted Umerov.
Additionally, there was an announcement regarding industrial cooperation, particularly the development of joint defense enterprises, and synchronization of aid plans for effective use on the battlefield.
