The Ukrainian Defense Ministry reported the number of military personnel requests for transfers via "Army+" on the first day.
On the first day of the new feature's launch in the "Army+" application, over 600 Ukrainian servicemen submitted requests for transfers to different units. This was reported on November 15 during a national telethon broadcast on the "Rada" YouTube channel by Kateryna Chernohorenko, the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.

"As of this time (the broadcast was at 19:20. – "GORDON"), the system has recorded 610 fully completed, signed, and submitted reports. We believe this is a good, active pace of requests from military personnel. […] We are very hopeful that this feature will become popular and that servicemen will utilize it," said Chernogorenko.
She added that in another application, "Reserve+", over 130,000 citizens have already taken advantage of the opportunity to apply for online deferment from service.
