In Moscow, officials claimed they are allegedly prepared to exchange 630 Ukrainian prisoners of war for Russian nationals.

On November 27, Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, claimed that Russia is allegedly prepared to return 630 Ukrainian prisoners of war as part of an exchange with Ukraine. This was reported by the Russian news outlet RBC.
В Москве сообщили о предполагаемой готовности обменять 630 украинских военнопленных на российских граждан.

"The current list includes 630 Ukrainian prisoners of war that Russia is ready to transfer to Kyiv immediately on a reciprocal basis. I would like to emphasize: The Russian Federation leaves the decision to Ukraine regarding which Russian servicemen to include in the exchange," the agency quotes Zakharova.

She also claims that the Russian Federation is prepared to "start the preparation for subsequent exchanges."

RBC notes that at the beginning of November, Zakharova stated a "proposal to Kyiv to transfer 935 Ukrainian prisoners of war."
