According to the security service, a Russian official has personally visited the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions multiple times.

Specifically, Fedorishchev delivered electronic warfare equipment, provisions, bulletproof vests, strike drones, and vehicles to the Russian occupiers.

"According to the investigation, since the beginning of 2024, the official has personally handed over to the 30th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Russian Federation, which is fighting in the Donetsk region against the Ukrainian defense forces, automotive equipment, gear, and at least 1 million rubles (approximately $9,800 based on the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia) every month," the statement reads.
