On January 24, Politico reported that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has suspended foreign aid funding for several countries for 90 days, which likely includes Ukraine.
Zelensky noted that he is not yet ready to comment on this matter.
"I am aware that there are some restrictions, and we need to examine them in detail. The 90-day limitation currently applies to humanitarian programs. I know there are many institutions worldwide that were previously supported by the U.S. government. I am not aware of this, and I do not see this funding. I can only say that Ukraine may not receive what it could. My focus is on military aid, which has not been halted, thank God," – emphasized the head of the Ukrainian state.
