Zelensky: Due to the lack of strong decisions from partners, Ukraine will be forced to confront North Korea in Europe.

The aggressor nation, Russia, shows no intention of ending the war and continues to seek further conflict. This statement was made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an address following the events of October 26, as reported by his press service.
Зеленский: Без решительных действий партнеров Украине придется сражаться с КНДР в Европе.

The President of Ukraine reported that today, the Russian Federation shelled Dnipro, Konstantinovka, and other settlements in the Donetsk region, as well as the Sumy, Kharkiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.

"Each day of this war only proves that Moscow is intent on continuing its aggression. They want nothing else. That is why they are trying to ramp up their defense production, particularly by circumventing sanctions. This is also why they are increasingly collaborating with North Korea, and soon their soldiers may find themselves on the battlefield against Ukraine. Ukraine will effectively have to fight against North Korea in Europe," said Zelensky.

He believes that "these are the conditions where the lack of stronger support from partners for Ukraine only encourages [illegitimate President of the Russian Federation Vladimir] Putin to invest further in terrorism."

"The world can stop the escalation of war. Abstract statements and words are not enough – concrete actions are needed. We have outlined all such actions aimed at victory. Actions that will prevent the perpetrators of the war from becoming even more aggressive. We expect greater pressure on Russia. We expect more support for Ukraine. This would be just. And the time that passes without solutions – unfortunately, this results in constant Russian strikes and ongoing losses of our lives," stated Zelensky.

According to him, next week there will be "very active work" by Ukraine with its partners to support Ukrainian soldiers and to implement a "strategy to compel Russia to end the war."

"We are preparing important signals of support," emphasized Zelensky.
