"Alexey Kuleba and other officials are investigating which specific programs are currently in shortage. Almost all of them were not routed through the Ukrainian government, but directly through our communities and various organizations. There are many projects. We will identify which of them are critical and require immediate solutions," said the head of state.
According to Zelensky, part of this funding can be secured through state finances, while the other part can be "discussed with Europeans and Americans."
"This pertains to many areas – from communication and digitalization to support for veterans, schools, hospitals, and recovery," the president noted. "Of course, the details of the programs were not a matter for the state, but officials will present everything to me, and we will definitely support priority items, especially those concerning Ukrainian children, our veterans, and programs aimed at protecting our infrastructure."
