"Placed a bet. A few questions arose. Among the key points was the intelligence report – from the Foreign Intelligence Service and the GUR regarding the intentions of the Russians for the fall – winter. Everything was quite detailed. Essentially, the entry of North Korea into the war. Additionally, there were discussions about Russia's relations with some other countries that, unfortunately, are investing in prolonging the conflict," the president stated.
He noted that the discussion also covered foreign policy.
"The focus: our relations with partners and potential steps that could assist us in defending ourselves while achieving results. I thank the intelligence community and all involved specialists for providing a comprehensive picture," Zelensky emphasized.
According to the head of state, he assigned "specific tasks" to the defense forces, special services, government, and diplomats.
"Whoever aids Russia, we will respond as firmly as necessary to protect Ukraine. There will also be our corresponding efforts with partners to ensure that Russian intentions do not succeed. And this is possible. That is exactly how it will be," Zelensky declared.
