В 2024 году IDS Украина восстановила довоенные показатели, достигнув выручки в 6,8 млрд грн.

IDS Ukraine, one of the largest producers of bottled water and beverages in Ukraine, is projected to reach pre-war revenue levels of 6.8 billion UAH by the end of 2024, as reported in a press release obtained by the Interfax-Ukraine agency.

According to the group, this will enable IDS Ukraine to pay taxes and contributions totaling around 1 billion UAH, contributing to the budgets of all levels, including the communities of Mirgorod and Morshyn, where the company is a key donor to local budgets.

The net assets of IDS Ukraine increased by 700 million UAH in 2024, while the funds remaining in accounts exceeded 1.0 billion UAH.

"We take pride in having restored our pre-war revenue levels and significantly increased the company's assets despite the challenges. (…) We continue to invest in the development of our brands and our people, ensuring high product quality and care for our consumers," emphasized Marco Tkachuk, the CEO of IDS Ukraine.

In 2024, IDS Ukraine expanded its product range and launched a line of juice-containing beverages based on natural mineral water called "Limonada," as well as a flavored water line - "Morshynska" with juice.

Since the onset of the full-scale invasion, the group of companies has allocated 450 million UAH for humanitarian initiatives and charitable support, establishing partnerships with approximately 200 volunteer organizations and charitable foundations, as well as national and local government structures in Ukraine.

IDS Ukraine will continue to grow, maintain its leading market position with over 40% market share, and make a significant contribution to supporting the economy and budget of Ukraine, assured the group of companies.

IDS Ukraine is a Ukrainian group of companies founded in 1996 and is the largest national producer of bottled water. The holding includes the Morshyn Mineral Water Plant "Oscar," the "Mirgorod" Mineral Water Plant, the distribution company "IDS," and the water delivery operator "IDS Aqua Service."

The group owns the brands "Morshynska," "Mirgorodska," "Alaska," and "Aqua Life."

As previously reported, the Cypriot International Distribution Systems Limited, the owner of the largest Ukrainian mineral water producer IDS Ukraine, fell under Ukrainian sanctions in November 2023, which included asset blocking, prevention of capital outflows abroad, and a ban on increasing the charter capital of related Ukrainian companies.

Similar sanctions have been applied to eight other companies: four – Sogeral Foundation, Haberfield Limited, Slavisilla Holdings Limited, and Dendar Investment Fund Limited (all based in Cyprus) – for a period of 10 years, while IDS Limited and four others face sanctions for two years. Among the latter are also Alfa Finance Holdings Limited, Erasmony Limited, Rissa Investments Limited, and CTF Holdings S.A.

Most of the mentioned companies are linked to Mikhail Fridman and other co-owners of the so-called "Alfa Group."

The process of nationalizing the company is currently underway.
